BPO recruitment agency in India: hiring for the ramp, not the vacancy
A BPO requirement is rarely one seat. You won a process, transition starts in six weeks, and you need a training batch full on the first of the month. VVeRecruit is an online BPO recruitment agency in India built for that shape of demand. Screened freelance HR recruiters and professional HR consultants working the same requirement simultaneously across multiple cities, so the funnel fills wide instead of trickling.
This page is for employers. If you are looking for a BPO job, our jobs portal is the right place.
Roles this covers
Customer Support Associate across voice, non-voice, chat and email. Technical Support Associate. Collections Executive. Telesales and Inside Sales. Backend and data processing. Medical billing and RCM. Quality Analyst, Trainer, Workforce Management Analyst, MIS Analyst. Team Leader, Assistant Manager Operations, Operations Manager, Transition Manager. KPO analyst roles in research, analytics and finance support.
Language-specific hiring belongs here too: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi and Gujarati process requirements, plus international voice for UK, US and Australian shifts.
Why is BPO hiring a throughput problem, not a search problem?
Because you are almost never looking for one hard-to-find person. You are looking for eighty adequate ones, all available by the same Monday, all within cab distance of the site.
That reframes every number that matters.
Shortlist count stops being the metric. Show-up rate is. You need sixty in the training room on day one. Experienced BPO HR leads know the arithmetic: interview far more than sixty, offer more than sixty, and expect a meaningful share of accepted offers not to walk through the door. Candidates at this level often hold two or three offers and simply attend whichever induction feels closest to home.
Hiring never stops, because attrition never stops. The BPO industry in India carries structurally high turnover, higher in the first ninety days than at any point after. So the requirement isn't a project with an end date. It's a monthly replenishment number layered under whatever growth ramp you're running.
Demand is running hot right now. Naukri's JobSpeak index recorded BPO and ITES hiring up 21% year-on-year in January 2026, and up 18% year-on-year by March 2026, with fresher hiring in the sector rising 48% in February (Naukri JobSpeak, Jan 2026). When every centre in Noida is hiring in the same week, reach across cities is what stops your batch from being half full.
The thing you're actually assessing cannot be read. Communication is a spoken skill. Whether a candidate can hold a UK customer through a five-minute complaint without escalating is invisible on a document. Screening on graduation year and typing speed is screening on the wrong things, which is why so many BPO shortlists collapse at the voice round.
Geography is unusually tight. The candidate must live inside the transport radius for a night shift. Someone brilliant who lives forty minutes outside the cab route will not last a month, and both of you know it.
What the task list looks like
Every role becomes a list of the things the person does, and candidates rate themselves against the same list — never used, have knowledge, used rarely, used daily.
A Customer Support Associate on an international voice process:
- Handle 60 to 80 inbound calls across a shift
- Log every interaction in Zendesk or Salesforce before the call ends
- De-escalate an angry customer without transferring the call
- Work to a QA scorecard and hit a CSAT target
- Hold AHT and hold-time inside target
- Do a warm transfer to a specialist team
- Work rotational UK or US shifts, including weekends
- Handle back-to-back calls in a peak hour without falling behind on notes
Two lines there do heavy lifting. "De-escalate without transferring" separates people who have genuinely held a queue from people who have been a call router. "Work rotational shifts including weekends" surfaces the honest answer early, before you have spent a training seat on someone who was never going to stay past the first roster change.
For a Team Leader the list changes entirely: run the daily huddle, publish shift performance, do weekly one-on-ones, coach a bottom quartile agent, handle roster and leave planning, manage attrition conversations.
You edit the list before it goes out, so a collections process and a technical support process don't end up described the same way.
Seniority, salary and where the seats are
Associate hiring is overwhelmingly zero to three years, with a very large fresher share. Fixed CTC typically runs ₹1.8 lakh to ₹3 lakh for domestic voice and higher for international and technical processes. Team leaders and quality analysts sit at three to six years, roughly ₹4 lakh to ₹8 lakh. Assistant managers and operations managers run ₹8 lakh to ₹20 lakh depending on span.
Where the centres are:
- Noida and Gurgaon: the deepest hiring market in the country, and the most competitive week to week
- Hyderabad and Bengaluru: large international voice and technical support bases
- Chennai and Coimbatore: strong for South Indian language processes and back office
- Kolkata: strong communication and documentation talent, with less salary escalation than the tech corridors
- Pune and Mumbai (Malad, Thane, Airoli): mixed domestic and international
- Mohali, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Indore: growing rapidly, better retention, lower cost per seat
Multi-city ramps are normal in this vertical, and they are the clearest case for working a requirement across many recruiter networks at once. A single consultancy is strong in one or two of those cities. Nobody is strong in all of them.
What to expect
You post the requirement by answering questions: process type, language, shift, seat count, location and transport radius, salary band, and what the person does on a call. The task list is drafted from your answers and you edit it.
For a metro ramp, expect the funnel to build within days rather than weeks, because the candidate pool is large and the constraint is contact rate rather than scarcity. Notice periods are short at associate level, often immediate to thirty days, which is why BPO batches can be assembled fast when the sourcing is wide enough.
Fee is 8.33% of the accepted annual fixed CTC, per person, charged when they join. Nothing upfront and nothing per posting. The 90-day guarantee applies to each hire: free replacement, or a credit note where replacement isn't practical.
Questions employers ask
Can you handle a batch of fifty or a hundred?
Yes, and volume is where working a requirement in parallel matters most. A single consultant working a hundred-seat ramp is a queue by definition. Several recruiters working it at once across multiple cities is a funnel. Tell us the batch date and the seat count when you post, because both change how the role gets distributed.
How do you assess communication before we see the candidate?
Partly through the task list, where the work is described as spoken behaviour rather than a skill label. Beyond that, communication is verified by the recruiter working your role, who speaks to the candidate before anyone is put forward. No document-only screen can do this.
We hire continuously to cover attrition. Does that work here?
Yes. A standing requirement can stay open and keep drawing candidates. Repeat postings for the same designation reuse the task list you already approved, so you set it up once.
Can you find candidates who live near our site?
Location is a matching parameter, and for BPO it should be a tight one. Set the radius honestly — a candidate outside the transport boundary on a night shift is a hire you will make twice.
