For job seekers

Find work that fits: one free profile, a recruiter on your side

Whether this is your first job or your fifteenth, applying into a pile of listings and hearing nothing back is the same experience. The CV vanishes. The calls you do get are for roles that have nothing to do with what you can do. And if you are already employed, searching in the open feels like a risk you cannot afford.

VVeRecruit runs the other way round. You build one profile, rate yourself honestly on the tasks you actually do, and a recruiter who works your kind of role puts you forward where you fit. It is free for you, always, and your name and employer stay hidden from companies until you agree to an interview.

This page covers how that works for each kind of job seeker: a fresher, someone in a skilled trade, a professional, a senior manager, and a CXO. Find your row, then read the shared parts underneath.

Pick the one that sounds like you

Fresher or first-job seeker

You have a degree, a diploma or an ITI certificate and not much to show for it yet, and every listing seems to ask for two years of experience. Your profile starts from what you studied, the tasks you have done in projects, internships or part-time work, and the kind of entry role you want. Recruiters who place freshers see that, not a blank experience column.

Free means free. No genuine employer or recruiter on VVeRecruit will ever ask you for money, and if anyone claiming to be us does, it is a scam. Browse fresher jobs by role, then create your free profile.

Skilled trades and shop-floor work

Technicians, operators, welders, electricians, drivers, security, housekeeping, cooks and helpers. You are judged on what you can do with your hands and your machines, and that is exactly how the profile works: you pick your machine types, vehicle categories or trade tasks and say how often you do each, instead of writing a paragraph about yourself.

The ladder from helper to operator to technician to supervisor is a real career path here, with its own level on every job page. Browse jobs by role and create your free profile.

Professionals

Accountants, engineers, developers, nurses, sales and operations people, usually already employed. Your problem is that a search in the open can get back to your manager, and that most calls you get are keyword matches rather than real fits. You rate yourself against the tasks of your role, switch on OPEN2WORK, and only recruiters working a role that actually fits you can see that you are open to offers.

Senior and management

Managers, general managers, directors. There are few relevant openings and the ones that exist are often never advertised, so the right approach is a discreet one. Your identity stays masked through screening, a recruiter makes the approach to the employer, and the first time the company learns who you are is when you both agree to an interview.

CXO and leadership

CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, CHRO. Your roles go through executive-search recruiters and referrals, and your reputation is the thing at risk if the wrong person hears you are looking. Confidentiality is the whole product at this level: OPEN2WORK, masking until interview, and recruiters who specialise in leadership searches rather than volume hiring.

What is OPEN2WORK, and who can see that I'm looking?

OPEN2WORK is a private setting on your profile that makes you visible to matched recruiters only. It does not put you on any public or browsable list, and no company can search for you. Your current employer cannot see it, your HR department cannot see it, and nobody outside the recruiters actively working a role that fits your profile ever knows you switched it on.

Most working people stay quiet about wanting to move until they have already accepted an offer, because being found out feels riskier than being found early. OPEN2WORK removes that trade-off. You can be discoverable to the right recruiter for the right role without being discoverable to anyone else.

A recruiter sees your profile only when they are working a role your task ratings and preferences genuinely fit. You become visible one role at a time, to the person working that role. Turn it off whenever you like and you drop out of matching straight away.

Matched on what you can do, not on keywords

Every role on VVeRecruit is broken into the plain tasks it involves. You rate yourself on those same tasks: never used, have knowledge, used rarely, used daily. Two people who both write "accounting software" on a CV end up looking very different, because one uses it daily for reconciliations and the other opened it once.

That works the same way for an operator rating machine types, a driver rating vehicle categories or a developer rating the parts of a stack. It also means you see what a role really asks for before anyone calls you.

A real recruiter works your case

Every job seeker on the platform is attached to a recruiter, a person who specialises in your field and your area and who puts you forward to roles where you fit. They earn when you join a role and stay in it, so pushing you into the wrong job costs them money. You are not one CV among hundreds in an inbox.

Your identity stays yours until you say so

During sourcing and screening, an employer sees your rated profile and your fit for the role, not your name or your current company. The reveal happens when an interview is scheduled, which is the point you have agreed to move forward. Exploring a role never puts your current job at risk.

Is it really free?

Yes. You never pay to build a profile, turn on OPEN2WORK, get matched or accept an offer. The company that hires you pays a fee when you join, the way it would pay a traditional recruitment agency. There is no premium tier for job seekers and no plan for one.

What happens after you're matched

A recruiter reaches out when there is a genuine fit and tells you about the role. If you want to go ahead, they put you forward with your ratings and screening answers. If the company wants to interview, that is when identities are revealed. After that it is a normal hiring process: interviews, an offer, negotiation if you need it, and a joining date.

Frequently asked questions

Is VVeRecruit free for job seekers?

Yes, always. You never pay to build a profile, turn on OPEN2WORK, get matched to roles or accept an offer. The hiring company pays a fee when you join. If anyone asks you for money in VVeRecruit's name, do not pay and tell us.

Can my current employer see that I've turned on OPEN2WORK?

No. OPEN2WORK is private and shows only to recruiters working a role that fits you. It is not a list companies can browse or search, so your employer and your HR team have no way to see it.

I'm a fresher with no experience. Is this for me?

Yes. Your profile starts from your education, projects, internships and the tasks you can already do, and recruiters who place entry-level roles see that. Be honest in your ratings. An honest profile gets you matched to roles you can actually get.

Do I need an office job, or do you cover trades and shop-floor work too?

Every level and every kind of work is covered, from helpers and operators to CXOs. Skilled trades are matched on machine types, vehicle categories and trade tasks with the same method as office roles.

When does an employer find out who I am?

Only when an interview is scheduled. Until then the employer sees your rated profile and fit, not your name or current employer.

Which countries is this for?

Jobs are live in India, the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UAE. Pick your country on the jobs pages to see local roles and cities.
